KakuCut is operated by CHUN CHENG LIU, an independent developer based in Taiwan. These Terms of Use govern your use of KakuCut. By downloading or using the app, you agree to these terms.

Use of KakuCut

You may use KakuCut to edit videos and create exports for lawful purposes. You are responsible for the video, audio, captions, and other content you import, create, or share, including having the rights and permissions needed to use it.

Your content

KakuCut is designed for local editing. You retain ownership of your content. The app does not claim ownership of videos, captions, edits, or exported files that you create.

Availability and updates

Features can change as we improve KakuCut. Some functions, including speech transcription, depend on your device, language, operating system, permissions, and Apple services. We may release updates, fixes, or changes to keep the app reliable and secure.

Disclaimer

KakuCut is provided as available. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we do not guarantee that every export, transcription, or device configuration will be error-free or uninterrupted. Keep a copy of important source material before editing or deleting a project.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Taiwan, excluding conflict-of-law rules. This does not limit consumer protections that cannot be excluded under the law where you live.
